To fight and argue with your partner, children, relativs or friends it’s an art. And it’s possible to learn how to have conflicts so we grow and get stronger together. “Fights” are needed to clean up stored emotions and feelings so they can actually be good. But it’s HOW we argue and fight…. I use to hate conflicts. Nowadays I see how necessary and good they are. It’s so much worth to actually practice how to have fights.
