Meditation
The meditation stormed into my life six years ago after many years of trying it and longing for it. We have all read studies and research on how good meditation is, but how should we start? How should we be able to sit completely still and not think of anything? When where and how?
We are many who tend to live in our head instead of being in contact with our body. Many of us live in the future and plan and live in the now, by solving everything that will come in the future. Meditation teaches us to land in the present and teach us to “rest” the brain. It teaches us to be in attendance right now and note if something is in imbalance. What is most important in life right now for you and what do you need to find more balance right now.
We go through various of meditation techniques and breathing techniques and the client gets small homework between the sessions. Personal training in meditation and mindfulness lasts between 45 – 50 min / session and costs SEK 990 per session. The client decides how long it will take between the occasions, but as a maximum I recommend every 4 weeks.
Meditation lowers our stress levels, teaches us how to get to know ourselves on several levels and makes us practice the ability to be in presence and enjoy more of every breath in life.
My intention is to spread and share, how simple but amazing the tools of meditation are.
It is possible to do anywhere and at any time and can get you down and in to full presence in just a few seconds. You just need the right practice and training.
