PERSONAL TRAINING
Personal training is so much more than just training with an educated personal trainer. Personal training is, in my opinion, something for everyone. I always try to create the conditions and give tools so that each individual can develop exactly from where they are mentally, emotionally and physically.
We will be looking at mental aspects about what happens if the client gets a performance anxiety, criticizes himself during the training or creates other mental obstacles that in turn weaken and hinder the development of strength in the body which also in the long term increases self-esteem.
My goal is to get the client to experience a strong and functional body and an increased self-esteem and greater appreciation of all her / his body’s abilities.
I am passionate about those who have found it difficult to find “the” exercise joy and motivation for training earlier in their life.
