Having worked with people and their well-being at different levels, for over 25 years, I have often seen how our high levels of stress can create great obstacles for achieving the well-being we seek in our lives.
It is difficult to achieve success in training, diet, private life, professional life and in our relationships, unless we can find an approach that means that we do not burden our nervous system and our body with high stress levels for far too long periods.
It is with great pleasure that I have experienced that many of my clients only needs 3 – 5 sessions to make changes mentally, emotionally and practically, regarding the stress and well-being of their lives. In most cases, this has created major changes on several levels of their lives.
We only have a number of breaths available, from our first to our last breath, and life can become so much greater if we learn to choose the important things in life and can be present in every breath and moment rather than worrying, planning, and trying to protect ourselves from everything to come.
I am tremendoulsy passionate about stress, as many of us do not understand how harmful it is to our body, mind and well-being. In addition, with a few tools we can start our journey in order to relate ourselves differently to the stress of our lives.
